BEEF: Madonna X Gaga
BEEF: Madonna X Gaga is an original concert-musical experience about the rivalry between iconic superstars Madonna and Lady Gaga, exploring themes of artistry, identity, and comparison. It was produced by Sit and Spin Productions and performed at Northwestern University in March of 2026.
For this project, I composed and produced music and wrote lyrics for 16 original pop songs in the styles of Madonna and Lady Gaga. I music directed a cast of 10 performers and worked closely with a stage director, choreographer, sound designer, and more to conceptualize and guide the creative direction of the production.
In June of 2026, a live album of the show was released to streaming services, solidifying the project as an embodiment of my passions for pop music and unconventional theater.

Walk Along is a new musical with book and lyrics by Maggie Munday Odom and an original folk score by myself. It received a workshop reading in January of 2025, a fully staged performance at Northwestern University in January of 2026, and even a song included in the Showpeople Theater Collective’s First Drafts: Student Edition at 54 Below in August of 2026. I have music directed and played piano for each of these performances.

The Mee-Ow Band
This past year, I was the keyboardist for Northwestern University’s Mee-Ow Band, quickly learning over 20 songs at a time for two different weekends of shows with Northwestern’s Mee-Ow Comedy. I used my musical intuition to flesh out arrangements through the keys and helped shape songs to performance level, providing a rolodex of sounds and my sense of humor throughout.
In addition to these official Mee-Ow Comedy shows, I learned full setlists played with the band in numerous concerts on and off campus, including being the student performers at Dillo Day, the largest student-run music festival in the United States, and a closing show at Martyr’s in Chicago.
